Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 2–5 business days.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out immediately from the fulfillment location closest to your delivery address.

During high-volume periods (holidays, new drops, or seasonal releases), processing times may extend slightly. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your region, carrier delays, or customs processing outside of our control.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

If you have not received tracking updates after several days, contact us and we’ll look into it immediately.

Wrong Address / Missing Information

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us right away — we can update it unless the order has already been sent out.

Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or be returned to sender.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we’ll assist with a resolution. We work directly with our carriers to investigate and make things right.

Multiple Shipments

Depending on availability, some orders may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. This allows for faster delivery overall.

International Taxes & Duties

Customers outside of the United States may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or VAT depending on local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country’s customs agency.
